Ron, the founder of Business Brokers Queensland, has been a business broker for over 18 years and has enormous wealth of experience and knowledge. Ron is a highly respected member of the industry and is Chairman of the REIQ Business Brokers Chapter and a member of the national committee for the Australian Institute of Busines Brokers. Ron is actively involved in developing the industry through these industry bodies by conducting seminars and training as well as a range of industry development initiatives.

Shane is the Managing Director of Business Brokers Queensland and has a strong finance, corporate reform and business improvement background. Shane contributes to most aspects of the business and in particular our business growth and development. He also works directly with many of our clients, in particular in the assessment stage, advising brokers and clients on business value prior to marketing the business as well as on formal Open Market Valuations. Shane is currently also a Associate of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and serves on the Queensland Executive Committee.

John Galea

John joined us full time as a Business Sales Executive after two years as a partner and chairman of our Board of Directors. John has qualifications as an Electrical Engineer and has an excellent understanding of technical and trade businesses.  As an experienced business advisor and consultant, John is very well suited to his new role and in his first year as a Business Broker, he has been recognised as a Finalist in the 2009 Business Broker of the Year.
