A few years ago, we decided to advertise in the Yellow Pages with a headline that reads "Most of our New Clients are Old Clients".  While some may read this as a comment on the average age of our clients, what it really reflects is our history and commitment to our clients and in particular business buyers.  So much so, that most of them return to sell their business through us when the time comes to do so.  Here's what one such Buyer in 2006 and then Seller in 2008 has to say:
