The National Institute of Accountants (NIA) is a professional organisation for accountants recognised for their practical, hands-on skills and a broad understanding of the total business environment.

We have conducted a seminars for the NIA where we run through a number of scenarios and case studies and highlight some of the challenges and opportunities that we have experienced in the sale of businesses.   

The NIA represents more than 20,000 members and students working in industry, commerce, government, academia and private practice.
